A — Photograph: 5.5 inch x 3.5 inch horizontal format black and white, of small cabin on tide line with evergreen trees behind. Vertical siding, window facing water.
B — 8.5 inch x 11inch letter, typed in purple ink, certifying Mrs. J. Montgomery Davis purchased cabin some years ago, signed by L. F. Jones in black ink. Folded in sections. At top is impression "Bond…Mortgage…"
C — 6.5 inch x 3.625 inch yellowed paper envelope, typed in purple "Mrs. J. Montgomery Davis, Juneau Alaska". Written in ink "Cabin on beach at Davis Point / July 17, 1912".
B — 8.5 inch x 11inch letter, typed in purple ink, certifying Mrs. J. Montgomery Davis purchased cabin some years ago, signed by L. F. Jones in black ink. Folded in sections. At top is impression "Bond…Mortgage…"

Notes:
Cabin purchased by Frances Davis & used by her as a place to paint. Probably located off Glacier Hwy at mid—Twin Lakes is now.
