Description:
A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "Hauling Snow Away. 3/7/56" in handwriting. The image shows a residential street in winter. The image captures a snow plow on its left side. Its cab is red, and has an adjoining rear portion, and open—topped trailer, probably holding salt. It appears to be towing another machine with an arm connected to the rear of the truck. At the far side of the street, there are houses. A blanket of snow covers the scene. It is identical to the previous slide, but the shot is wider and the camera has shifted left, showing more of the street and other houses. The number "5" is printed in red ink on the frame at the upper left.
