View of a street in Downtown Douglas. There are four firemen in the middle of the street wrestling with a water hose. There are orange cones on both sides of the street. People line both sides of the street and are blocking the street in the background. The sky is blue and clear. On the proper left side of the photo is a close up of half of someone's back. The person has a red sleeved grey short sleeve shirt, and light brown hair. They are facing the street. On the proper right side there is a big orange sign that is round. It has a black 76 on it.
