Description:
Large framed colorized photo with "Douglas & Juneau, & E. Andrews Photo" handwritten in white letters in lower proper left corner. Photo shows city of Douglas in foreground with lot of trees cut down near houses. Across the Channel is Juneau and mine with plume of steam rising from mine. Photo was taken before bridge was built. Green wooden frame with raised gold stripes on outside then strip of blue/green wood and another stripe of green and gold touching photo. Edges of frame are painted gold. Back covered with brown paper and has wire for hanging. Lower proper right corner has paper property of City & Borough of Juneau tag with "Gift of Mr. & Mrs. Oliver Sarnisto to Library" written in ink on bottom of label. Left of label is small black and sliver sticker with Finance property #04561.
