Description:
Black and white photograph of four men working. The men are located at center. Two trucks in the middle ground behind the men. Boxes, tools and a shovel in foreground around men. The man closest to the viewer is knelling with his hands in the dirt. The man behind him is kneeling and appears to be drilling with a hand powered drill. The farthest man is working with a pneumatic jack hammer. The third man is standing in front of the jack hammer and bending down. Trees, mountains, buildings and telephone line poles in background. White text in the lower proper right corner reads "26 Mar 8".

Verso has a stamp in red ink with the text "ORDWAY'S \ PHOTO SHOP \ JUNEAU ALASKA" inside a box located at approximately center. There is a stamped number "25" in blue ink in the lower proper right corner.

The album belonged to William G. Brian Harland. He was a mechanic for Alaska—Washington Airways and Alaska Southern Airways. He was based out of Juneau.
