Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane). The aircraft is being viewed from directly in front. The plane has a two—planed propeller. A mountain, fog and buildings in background. Verso has a stamped number " A63" in blue ink in the lower proper right corner. Handwritten text in pencil reading: "Canadian Junkers \ sister to the Bremen".

Canadian Junkers were a type of aircraft. Bremen Junkers were German aircraft.


The album belonged to William G. Brian Harland. He was a mechanic for Alaska—Washington Airways and Alaska Southern Airways. He was based out of Juneau.
