    Four black and white photographs of an older woman in different settings.  "A" is a black and white photograph of an older woman standing next to some vine—like plants.  "B" is a black and white photograph of an older woman sitting on a sphinx statue in a park with cars and people walking by.  "C" is a black and white photograph of the older woman sitting on a wooden railing with flowering trees in the background.  A label below this photo reads, "1938 Mother Hoff in S.F. Golden Gate Park".  "D" is a black and white photograph of the older woman standing in front of flowering trees. All the photos are adhered to a large format album page which measures 12 x 14 inches and has two holes punched on the left side.
    Notes:
    "C" and "D" are in the Japanese Tea garden in San Fransisco.  Half of "A" is covered by "B".  there might be something more to "A".
