A is album page. B to G are black and white photographs, 4.75 by 3.25 inches each. All photos horizontally oriented unless otherwise noted.

A — Black paper album page with two holes proper right side. Three photos affixed to front, one photo loose, two missing. Two photos loose from reverse, one missing. Captions printed in white ink beside photos to which they refer. Caption of missing photo on reverse reads "1/2 completely relaid". Inscription at bottom proper right, on reverse, reads "This volume is presented to the Office of Indian Affairs in kind appreciation of their cooperation. May 28, 1941 William L Paul Jr."

B — Photograph, view down length of ditch between two rock fill slopes. Ditch is intermittently spanned by wood beams of various lengths and sizes. Several pieces of wood fence leaning against slopes at end of ditch. Buildings in upper proper right corner, including partial view of Federal School (farthest to proper right edge of photo). View down Willoughby Avenue (after it curves) beyond ditch, with houses along the street. Open tidelands and pile driver just visible in upper proper left corner. Caption below photo and extending under place where next photo was originally affixed reads "City's W.P.A. Trunk Sewer".

C — Photograph (loose from album), view down what appears to be a dirt road with rock fill on either side and three large oblong holes dug into it. Three buildings partially visible in upper proper right corner and along top edge. Basketball hoop and swingset in upper proper left corner, with vehicle parked next to them.

D — Photograph, similar view to C but from opposite end of holes. Houses in upper proper left corner and along top edge. Hole nearest photographer has approximately six pilings in it. Caption below photo reads "For Village and Governor's Mansion".

E — Photograph, vertical orientation, view of main Village street with rock fill, dirt, and lumber (supporting sewer pipe laid in ditch) in foreground. Numerous people on street between large light—colored building in upper proper right quadrant and row of buildings in upper proper left quadrant. Two people standing in front of large proper right building, beyond ditch.

F — Photograph (loose from album), several men in loose trousers, work shirts, and hats working with picks and shovels along dirt bank on proper right of photo; both face in direction of photographer. Two wood barriers propped against each other in lower proper left corner with coats draped across top. Three houses in background. Caption below place where photo was originally affixed reads "W.P.A. Employees".

G — Photograph, vertical orientation (loose from album). View of street with ditch down the center extending away from photographer. Several men standing or working around ditch; man closest to photographer faces camera. Buildings on either side of ditch along proper right and proper left edges of photo. Plan laid across ditch approximately halfway down photo. Mountain in background. Photo below place where photo was originally affixed reads "Bert Lybeck / Foreman".
Notes:
C — As per Marie Olson, one of these houses is possibly Cecelia Kunz house.

E — As per Marie Olson, large light—colored building in upper proper right quadrant is possibly Presbyterian church (Rev. Wagner). Marie Olson note indicating construction in foreground reads "working on sealskin?"
Karl Nelson and Judy Franklet say it is the Julia Watson house at the left, and the first light colored building on the right is the Yahtahit house (Dipper House) Corpus house is also in the photo? Son Mike Corpus may know.

F — As per Marie Olson and Willette Janes, central house in background is Cecelia Kunz house.
