Description:
Large black and white photo, glazed, with black wood frame 1 1/2" wide w/ ornate edging of braid pattern alternating gold and black. Photo shows white Juneau Court building. with 4 pillars with crowd assembled to hear Territorial Governor Strong's speech. 2 large flags hang from balcony where 7 people are standing or sitting. Several people standing near Governor on porch and dog in center. 2 women at upper window. Crowd of people below steps. Impression of lettering at bottom.
