Description:
Black and White Photograph in horizontal view a pile of debris and tree stumps piled under a raised board walk with two cars and several buildings in the back—ground. The cars are parked on the board walk. In the back—ground the AJ mill is visible on Mt Roberts proper right. A rough board walk lies on proper left edge.
Two holes are punched in the side of the print on center proper left. White text visable in corner bottom proper right "L.V.W. 11—9—22". Lower proper right corner is torn off and a V shaped tear on upper proper left.
On rear: two stamps.
Stamp in purple ink: "Deft's exhibit No. 8 Received in evidence NOV 15 1922 Cause no 1787—a" Stamp in purple ink: "No 3974 United States Circuit Court of appeals for the Ninth Circuit filed JAN 22 1923"
