    Description:
    Black and white photo of two cars, both with light bars on the roof.  The light colored car has a decal on the side, probably a Territorial Troopers car.  There are four color guards marching behind the car.  Both sidewalks have people lined up watching the parade.  A camera man  on the proper left is taking pictures.  Sears is on the right.  Several buildings are on the left —— Juneau Drug; Percy's Cafe; Gross 20th Century Theater and First National Bank.
    Notes:
    From appearance of the street, it was raining that day.
