Photograph found in the Baranof Hotel Album (2013.14.001)

Black and white photograph of two chefs working inside a kitchen at the Baranof Hotel. The man on the proper left is wearing a white chef's coat, neckerchief, baker's hat, and pants. He has a large whisk in his right hand and is utilizing it, as it is placed in a large pan on the stove. In the back, there is another man, wearing a chef's hat, chef's coat, and neckerchief. Only his upper body is shown in the photo. His hands are partially concealed, he appears to be making something. A cooking range including stove top and ovens below, with a range hood above for ventilation is seen in the center of the photo. In the back, there are refrigerators, and shelves for pots and pans. On the proper left, there is a counter and more shelves for mixing bowls. The number "49227" is found on the bottom left corner of the photo. Printed on the bottom right corner of the white border surrounding the photograph is the text "Roger Dudley \ SEATTLE"
