LIne of men in front of a hose cart holding the ropes to pull it. Cart is on proper left. White building behind the cart has "THE JUNEAU" painted on the side. In center of photo is a "BAKERY" sign. Just above mens' heads is a sign "CENTRAL TELEPHONE OFFICE".

Not an original print and has been cropped. In original, there are 6 more people on PR and much more boarded street visible.

Also identified as Hose Company No. 1 on Front Street.
