Description:
Four color photographs of people in nature. "A" is a color photograph of a woman laying on a rock outcropping and a large glacier in the background. "B" is a color photograph of a woman standing on a rocky riverbank and holding a large piece of ice, there is a large glacier face in the background. "C" is a color photograph of a woman sitting on a rocky riverbank with a river and glacier face behind her. A label below both photos reads, "At Mendenhall Glacier". "D" is a color photograph of a woman sitting next to river rapids. A label below the photo reads, "1954 Ma along Gold Cr., Juneau". Above all the photographs is a label which reads, " June—July 1954 Mother Hoff visits Alaska". All the photos are adhered to a large format album page which measures 12 x 14 inches and has two punched holes on the right side.
