A line of dolphins and pilings extend from mid photo to proper right. The background is Mt. Juneau and downtown buildings. On reverse side is 1 stamp with black handwritten ink: "Worthern Co's Exhibit No. 12 Received in evidence APR 17 1915 In Cause no 1010—1012 & 1020—A. J.W.
