Description:
Black and white photo in horizontal view of a stream with a wooden flume running along the side of it on the bank proper left. A tent is seen in mid photo between the stream and flume. The background is a mountain slope of tree stumps and some trees. On lower proper left corner is the logo: "W.P.Co." and on lower proper right: "2".

On reverse side are 2 stamped identification forms one in blue and the other in black ink.
Top stamp inscribed: "Plffs Exhibit No A1 JUL 28 1914 case 1074 — A J W Bell clerk by J. T. Reed Deputy" and Case No 2795 U. S. Circuit Cort of Appeals Defendant Exhibit A Filed MAY 26, 1916". In pencil on lower proper left corner: No 1".
