Photo of a dimly lit room. The roof of the dimly lit room consists of four wooden beams and several wooden rafters. The wall facing Glacier Avenue has large open bays which will later become garage doors. The federal building on Glacier Avenue can be seen through these open bays. A construction vehicle can be seen along the edge on the proper right. The floor of the dimly lit room appears to have recently been dup. up for the placement of pipes, metal beams, and metal wires.
