Black and white photograph of an aircraft parked on a snow covered field. The airplane is being view from the proper right side. The plane has a boat like central body and a pontoon at the end of the wing making it a float plane (sea plane). The engine is above the central cabin between the set of wings. Snow covered mountains, trees and a building in background.

Verso has a stamped, upside down number "2" in the upper left corner in black ink.

The album belonged to William G. Brian Harland. He was a mechanic for Alaska—Washington Airways and Alaska Southern Airways. He was based out of Juneau.
