Photograph is mounted on to a piece of matboard. There is a square pencil mark surrounding the photograph about .125—.25 of an inch from the photograph's edge. In the lower proper left there is a handwritten cursive note in pencil which reads: "To Amy Lou \ Our best wishes \ for success \ and happiness \ Royal and \ Eleanor O'Reilly".
