    Description:
    Black and white photo in horizontal view of a waterfront with a board walk lined with buildings on pilings on proper right and log rafts floating on the water proper left.  Several people are walking on the boardwalk and a wagon.  In the foreground are 2 saw horses with some lumber. The background is Douglas Island with buildings lining the far shore.  On lower photo in white print:  "J.W:L." proper right and  "7—13—13." prooper left .  On reverse side are 2 stamps with black handwritten ink:   "Worthern Co's Plff's(scratched through twice) Exhibit No. 5 Received in evidence APR 15 1915 In Cause no 1010—1012 & 1020—A.  J.W. Bell Clerk and John Reed Deputy" and "Plffss Exhibit No. 6 received in evidence AUG 19 1913 In Cause no. 1012A E.W. Petit clerk by H. Malone Deputy".
