Black and white photograph in horizontal view of a wooden structures (flume) in a stream channel. Photo mounted on a matte. The diversion channel starts at mid photo proper left and extends into the background. Water is flowing out of the flume A landslide is visible on a mountain side on proper right. Two horse drawn wagons with drivers are in bottom proper right photo. A few small buildings are visible. At top of photo stamped in red ink with handwriting in black ink: "Defendant's Ex. No K2 Cause No. 604—A L.R. Gillette Referee". Also stamped are the numbers: "1033" and"1246". At bottom proper left of photo is logo for Winter and Pond Photo. A title is written on lower proper right: "LAST CHANCE BASIN — ALASKA".
