Description:
A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "Bus in J. Young[?] 6/956" in handwriting. The image shows a crashed bus on an unknown street in Juneau. The bus is at left, with a smashed and crumpled front end, and is being hooked onto a red tow truck, the rear of which is visible at right. There are buildings visible behind the scene. A crowd has formed both in the foreground and on the far side of the street. A man in a blue windbreaker stands, turned toward the camera and staring into it. The number "4" is printed in red ink on the frame at the upper left.
