Description:
A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "Taylor's Float Auk[sic] Bay July 26 '54" in handwriting. The image shows a long wooden pier at right, with a number of covered boats moored to it at left, with several tall wooden pilings towering over them. Cables, possibly electrical lines, run overhead to a pole at the end of the pier. People can be seen walking along the pier at right. There are low green slopes in the distance, across the body of water at left. The number "2" is printed in ink on the frame at the upper left.
