A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "Governor's Mansion Juneau July '57" in handwriting. The image shows a wider diagonal view from left of the Governor's Mansion. The angle is low and upward looking, capturing the peak of Mount Juneau as well. Most of the portico and lower portion of the structure is not visible. Surrounding trees and hedges are visible at right and left and below the front portico. The number "9" is printed in red ink on the frame at the upper left.
