Black and white photo with sliver of black border upper right and 0.25 inch black border at lower edge. Mayflower Island and boat harbor at right and long buildings, two small boats and larger smoking ship are to left across water. Snow covered mountains loom behind island. Reverse printed in light gray and never mailed. Pencilled in "Verna M. Carrigan" upper left and "Dance Pavillion / Mayflower Island / Douglas Island" at left.
Notes:
Mayflower Island is officially known as Juneau Island. It now houses the Bureau of Mines buildings.
