B&W photo in horizontal view of two story house with a man standing on the front porch at mid photo proper left. Simple stairs without a railing extend from the porch to the ground. A garage type building is visible in the background on proper right. The man wears long sleeve shirt, hat, vest, and knee high boots. On reverse side is hand written in pencil: "JIMMY LARSEN / AT 12th ST HOME / JUNEAU / c. 1915" and in lower proper right "W." and "603 12th"

Photo was found in a vertical file of information about the Casey—Shattuck subdivision given to the museum by the donor.
