Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane) which is tied up along a shoreline. The tail of the aircraft is toward the photographer. Text on the side of the aircraft identifies it as part of the Alaska—Washington Airways fleet. The shore is covered with tree branches, wood and cargo. There is a row boat on shore. Two buildings in background on the proper right side of image. Trees, water and mountains in background on proper left side of image.
Verso has a stamped number "7" in the lower proper right corner in blue ink.
