Black and white photograph postcard of a view of a trestle parallel to a shore front. Two rows of houses are located uphill from the trestle. Another trestle is seen in the background on proper right and a pier with long buildings extend into the water on proper left. The background is filled with a water channel and snow covered mountains. On the lower margin is the title: "12194. View From Mexican Head Frame, Showing Part of Treadwell, With Douglas City in the Distance. Published by Purity Pharmacy, Juneau, Alaska." On reverse side is imprinted "Postcard" and a place for stamp location.
