Description:
Hand—tinted photo of Auke Lake with Mendenhall Glacier in background. Small white bridge runs through middle of photo with red barn at right end of bridge. Green wooden frame has silver highlights and molding at corners, which flare out along edges for 2.5 inches. Frame has three raised lines with decorative lines carved into them. Lines are on inside and outside edge of frame and one line is in middle of frame 0.25 inches from outside edge. Back covered in brown paper with wire hanger. Bottom two corners have green felt dots. Bottom proper left corner has property of City & Borough of Juneau w/ title "Auke Lake & Mendenhall Glacier ca. 1930". "Finance #04537" & "Gift of Mr. & Mrs. Oliver Sarnisto to Library" written in ink. Old exhibit tag attached to with cotton string.
