Description:
Pair of scrapbook covers made of textured brown leather and lined in tan paper. Front cover has triple—lined border with image of windmill embossed in lower proper left corner and "Scrap Book" stamped in gold. Covers are tied together with brown coiled string that is threaded through two metal—rimmed holes on proper right edge and passes through proper right edge of all album pages. Pages have white adhesive reinforcements around holes (probably added when final pages were created, in 1992). 2005.41.001 also includes first page of scrapbook, manilla paper, blank except for rectangle of white paper affixed to upper part of front of page with "Dryden Scrapbook" printed in black ink on it.
