The woman on the proper right is wearing a long sleeved shirt and a overall skirt. The woman on the proper left is wearing a dress with a belt and hat. Both women are facing the camera. The woman on the proper left has her right arm wrapped around the waist of the woman on the proper right. Verso has a handwritten note in pencil reading: "S.P. Saunders, August, 1932".

The album belonged to William G. Brian Harland. He was a mechanic for Alaska—Washington Airways and Alaska Southern Airways. He was based out of Juneau.
