Black and white photograph of two men standing in a wooden aircraft hanger (for float planes or sea planes). There are three barrels, a wooden oar, rope, and a fire extinguisher behind the two men in the building. A harbor is visible in the background along the proper left edge of the photograph. Through a door on the proper right, buildings are visible in the background. The man on the proper right is Joe Nieminmen. He is older and is wearing a dark colored suit. The man on the proper left is Robert (Bob) Ellis. He is younger and is wearing a long sleeved collared shirt, a tie and argyle socks. Both men are facing the camera.
Verso has a stamped number "A63" upside down in the upper proper left corner in blue ink.
