Image taken from above and behind Juneau showing the town laid out below, the channel and Douglas Island in the background. The most distinctive building in the photos is a large building at center proper left with a French style mansard roof that has four dormers. There are no territorial buildings on Telephone Hill.
Reverse has a very detailed logo of the Winter & Pond Studio. Written on the back in ink at the top, proper left of logo: "When Grandpa/ Antone A. Fischer/was in Juneau,/Alaska/late 1800's."
