Title:
Men Working On Building
Year Range from:
1925
Year Range to:
1940
Description:
Black and white photograph of men working on a building. The building appears to be made of wood and only one corner of the building is visible. There is an open window on the side of the building facing the camera. The upper body of one man is visible through that window. He is wearing a tie and is looking at the camera. A second man is standing on the ground out side the building. He is holding a large paint brush and is painting, staining or whitewashing the exterior of the building. He is standing with his back toward the camera and his legs apart. There is a can of something on the ground between his legs. A wooded step ladder or saw horse to the proper left of this man. A third man is standing on a ladder which is leaning against the side of the building. He is in shadow so it is unclear what task he is preforming. Trees in background. Dirt in foreground.
