Photograph found in the Baranof Hotel Album (2013.14.001)

Black and white photograph of three men checking into the Baranof hotel at the Concierge desk. The concierge is standing behind a counter. The first man in line is wearing a black trench coat and pants, he is looking down at something on the counter. The man second in line is wearing a trench coat and a hat. He has a valise on the ground next to him. The man third in line is wearing a matching suit jacket and pacnts. The concierge standing behind the counter is wearing a suite jacket and white shirt. Only his upper body is seen. On the proper left, small trash receptables are placed near two doors. Passed those doors is the staircase. On the back wall, there is a door with a sign above it reading "COFFEE SHOP" There is a light fixture hanging above, on the ceiling. To the proper right, there are two doors. One of them leads to behind the concierge desk. There is a drinking fountain on the proper left wall. Above the drinking fountain is a sign of some sort. On the floor, is the Baranof Hotel logo. The Baranof logo is made up of the side profile of two eagles with their wings spread standing back to back, a crown above the eagles' heads, and a large capital letter 'B' in the center of the graphic. The number "49223" is found on the bottom proper right corner. Printed on the bottom right corner of the white border surrounding the photo is the text "Roger Dudley \ SEATTLE"
