Snow covered mountains in the background. Five wooden buildings in foreground. Wooden structure in proper left. Center building is larger than the others with a long sloped roof .

The mounting reads: "Harrision Bros., Juneau, Alaska."

One the back, "Stamp Mill, Gold Creek, Alaska," and "Harrison Bros., Juneau, Alaska."
Notes:
Identified by David Stone as the original 15 stamp mill up Perseverance that was destroyed by avalanche in 1895, recounted in Earl Redman's book. John Pearl died.
