Group of 9 men in dress uniforms sitting or standing on fire engine. Flags are attached to the front of the vehicle and looks like some men are holding flags in back. On top left part of a sign is visible that reads "Drink Made in Juneau". Bottom left of photo looks like emulsion is lifted or incorrectly developed. Photo is possibly a Polaroid (instant film) of another picture?
On back written in pencil is "1917 Oakes"
