Description:
A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "7—4—49" in handwriting. The image shows the American Legion Auxiliary parade float, along with a series of smaller vehicles trailing behind it. The float is covered in white with red floral trim, the text "A.L. Auxiliary" hung in floral trim on the side. Several buildings can be seen along the street into the background, along with a green mountain. The building directly behind the float bears a sign reading "Food Products". The number "26" is imprinted on the frame at the lower left.
