Small yellowed photo of Mrs. Frank (Margaret) Pearce in light colored dress with bobbed hair and dark stockings. Large long haired dark colored dog in front of her facing sideways. Wooden bridge to left. Dog identified as "Bully" on back as well as "Mom Pearce".

Mary Fleek wrote that the photo was taken after 1926 fire & the telephone pole was at edge of the Pearce property, in Treadwell.
Mary Fleek, born 1918, St. Ann's Hospital in Douglas, was the daughter of Frank & Margaret Pearce of Treadwell. She had a sister named Margaret Pearce (Murray), who died 198?. Don Murray, husband of Margaret, continued to lived in the Pearce House (an original Treadwell House) until 1997. Mr. Pearce worked at the foundry.
