Black and white photograph of six men sitting. All men are wearing black suits and white shirts. With the exception of the man second from the proper right, who is wearing a black tie, every man is wearing a black bowtie. All men are wearing glasses. The man, Wallis S. George, on the proper right, sitting and closest to the camera, is holding a piece of paper in front of him. Wallis is looking at the paper, seemingly discussing something with the man to the proper left, Dr. Walter W. Council. Dr. Council is sitting on the arm of the couch, looking at Wallis George. Every other man is looking in the direction of the camera. Theer is a framed painting hanging on the wall in behind the couch. There is a lamp in the background. There is patterned carpeting on the floor. The photo is surrounded by a white border. The border contains the words "Roger Dudley \ SEATTLE" on the bottom right corner.

Handwritten in pencil on the reverse is the number "12"
