Black and white photo of Alaskans in rain gear standing in city street (Juneau?). Photographer has superimposed bright light on dark street and added photo of nine people reacting to light. Inscription across bottom: "Sunshine Terrorizes Southeast Alaska Residents".
Back: Upper proper left inscription: "Sunshine isn't all that unusual in Southeast Alaska…caught in a stray ray".
