Description:
Photograph looking up a hill towards the AJ mine. There is one large building in the front, followed by smaller buildings, leading up to a tram way. Coniferous trees in background. Mine appears to be newly constructed because of plant debris in foreground.

Photograph owned by Douglas Alaska Meade. He was part of the construction crew that built the pilot mill at the AJ Mine. He was a carpenter and worked on mines throughout the State.
