Photograph found in the Baranof Hotel Album (2013.14.001)

Black and white photograph of a circle painted onto the floor of the Baranof Hotel. Inside the circle are eight stars, seven in the constellation Ursa Major, or the Big Dipper. The eighth being the North Star, Polaris. In the bottom proper left corner is the number "49220" Printed on the bottom right corner of the white border surrounding the photograph is "Roger Dudley \ SEATTLE"
