    Description:
    Sepia colored photos of city, water channel, and mountain. Caption on lower proper right corner is "Douglas City and Wharf". The number 39 is the proper left lower corner. Houses and buildings are shown in a stump filled slope with a wharf out into the channel in middle of photo. A snow covered Mount Roberts fills the background. Numerous avalanche chutes are visible on the mountain. The water appears calm.
