Description:
Black and white photograph of the Juneau from Douglas Island. Mount Juneau and a section of Mount Roberts are seen in the background. The docks and building of the city are seen at the mountain base. There is a boat traveling through the Gastineau Channel in front of the city. The boat is traveling from the proper left toward the proper right. Land consisting of dirt and trees is visible in the foreground. The print consists of three images of the same photograph. The image on the proper right is larger and takes up the two—thirds (2/3) of the print width and all of the length. The two images on the proper left are smaller and take up the remaining third of the width and each takes up half of the length. There is a small black ink mark in the lower proper left corner of the print. There is black printed text in the upper proper right corner which reads: "SF".
Verso has a semi—faded black stamp consisting of a circle around the text: "INSP \ 522".
