Description:
A: Envelope to hold negatives. Labeled: "7/2/55 Fourth of July Coronation".
B: Negative in horizontal view of the interior of some kind of theater or event hall. There is a raised area, probably a stage, in the center of the image, on which a man in a suit at left speaks into a microphone. There are others around him, men women, and children, all finely dressed. A seated woman at the center of the stage wears a flowing cape. In the foreground at floor level, there are onlookers in military uniform. On the wall behind the stage hangs a 48 star United States flag.
C: Negative in horizontal view of the same interior, the camera shifted to the right and closer to the stage. The woman in the cape is in front of the microphone, and another woman is placing a tiara on her head. There is a line of women at the left side of the image. Onlookers in military uniform are still visible in the foreground.
D: Negative in horizontal view of the same interior, the camera shifted back left, directly in front of the stage. The crowned woman stands near the microphone, listening to a man in a suit. The finely dressed others look on.
E: Negative in horzontal view of the same interior, the camera shifted right again, showing the crowned woman speaking to the man in the suit. The finely dressed others still look on.
F: Negative in horizontal view of the same interior, with the crowned woman and a series of other women in matching gowns, as well as three children in front, gathered on the stage for a photograph.
G: Negative in horizontal view of the same interior, with the crowned woman being led down an aisle arm in arm with a man in a suit and tie. A finely dressed crowd applauds the exit on either side of the aisle.
