Description:
Two wooden carving knives
A: Metal blade attached to wooden handle by string lashing. At the top edge of the wood handle the lashing is metal wire. There is some rust on the wire. The wood handle is rounded on one side and flat on the other. A "T" is scratched into the wood handle on the flat side. There is a decrease in diameter from mid handle to the end farthest from the metal blade.
B: Metal blade attached to wooden handle by string lashing and a nail at the end of the blade and another nail holds the end of the string. The wood handle is rounded on one side and flat on the other. There is a square opening below the present metal blade. The diameter decreases from at the end farthest from the metal blade into a shaped tip.
