Looks to be the end of an antler that is carved to resemble a person. Two black vertical lines make a V to form the eyebrows, two black marks for eyes in small indentions. Carved nose, cheeks, and mouth. Black line for mouth. Three black dots on stomach and chest for nipples and belly button. Below belly button is a rectangle with 6 horizontal black lines.
