Description:
Blue and white plate with gilt lettering. Center picture is transfer print of Main Street of Ketchikan w/ houses and mountains in upper proper right. At bottom reads: "KETCHIKAN". Outside border of plate is blue with white leaf pattern to sides. At top, "ALASKA" is written in gilt print. Bottom center of border is year "1972" in gilt w/ white banner.
Back: Logo of blue flowers or wheat w/ letters: "EF" & words DÉCOR / DENMARK" beneath. Center states "FIRST EDITION / MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR / CHATNEAU, INC. / In Denmark by / "KESA" / Plate ——50" in blue ink. Top center has 2 holes through center rim which black thread is tied for hanging.
