Description:
Blue and white plate with gilt lettering. Center pictures is blue transfer print of snow covered village with church, flag and 2 other buildings. In foreground are 2 hooded figures with dog sled. In background is sky with mountains. Inscription across bottom: "ARCTIC VILLAGE / BROOKS RANGE". Outside border is blue w/ white leaf pattern to sides. At top "ALASKA" is written in gilt print. Bottom center of border is year "1973" in gilt print with white banner.
Back: Logo of blue flowers or wheat w/ letters "EF" & words "DÉCOR / DENMARK" beneath. Center inscription: "MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR / CHATEAU, INC., in Denmark by / "KESA" / PLATE —— 81". "81" IS HAND PAINTED. Logo and inscription transfer print. Top center has 2 holes through center rim with black thread through them for hanging.
